Please Remember

All registration funds go towards postage, printing, entertainment, food and other costs incurred in producing a party. Intentionally attending a party without paying your share risks throwing out of whack our carefully prepared, to-the-penny budget. No committee member profits from any event, nor do we have the personal funds to cover the costs of unregistered attendees. Any money that is left over after paying all of the bills stays in the event checking account until the next event to be used as start-up funds.

On another note, we all know what it is like to be in a financial crunch. And we all know how it feels to have to scramble to cover unintentional rubber checks. Always remember that if you need us to hold a check - we will. If problems come up that will affect a check you've already sent us, please contact Kay ASAP and she will work with you. Please don't be embarrassed to call.

Scholarships:
Everyone should have a chance to attend our Birthday party.  If you want to attend the party but cannot afford the registration price, please contact Kay Hardin Rhodes or Francine Poulos Shawger.  A limited amount of funding is available to help cover your registration and your request will be kept confidential.
